After receiving a call back, and giving out my information, I was asked my ethnicity. Why does that matter, I reached out for help. On my way to a food bank, the woman interviewing me ended the interview because I was driving. She didn't identify herself on the phone, probably because she was so rude. After receiving my information, she told me there wasn't anyone available to help me, and I could try to hire a lawyer. Hello? If I could afford an attorney, I wouldn't need to reach out to an organization that really doesn't help you. If half a star was a review option, I would have chosen that.

A huge waste of space and my time, Provided all of my information just for them to place me on hold again and then tell me no one is there to either help because of no funding or even answer any questions also I don't know about any one else but the woman I spoke with very brash and just rude that was my first and last experience with them, I kind of hope they are better in the future or do society a favor and shut down seeing as they don't as advertised.

Place is just plain out useless no matter what issue you have there excuse is they dont handle that type of case or we dont have enough attorney's right now .

I guess it's when they have time to help someone who is being defimated and there's a buck in it for legal aid...

They don't help with anything criminal, medical malpractice etc....So why are they still in business if they can't help the needy
