Awful service from start to finish. I received a page from someone else's case, and often did not get needed letters right away. I also had to fight to get my retainer back, after being told multiple times (written and verbally) that I would (they got it from my ex). I have never been so stressed in my life and I was going through a divorce. I would call and almost never get a callback (even though I was told I would), I had to call multiple times to get anything done or get any information and always received attitude about it. When I went into the office I'd get the same short responses and sharp looks. I have anxiety so I very much hated all contact with them. I had Michael, although he was a nice guy he was often unreachable and scatterbrained. Nothing about my experience was professional. Once I finally got my retainer back I was told I'd have to repay it in order to get my ex-husband back to court over not paying alimony even though it was an ongoing case. The only positive thing I can think of, was that they were able to help me (due to my situation) without me paying over $1000.

Mike Saglimben handled my mother’s divorce case. She was awarded permanent alimony, $80,000 life insurance policy, house to live in, and assets divided up. Mike fought hard to take care of my mother like it was his own. It can be a very emotional process to go through and understand. The way the court system functions is confusing and stressful. Mike was there every step of the way trying to help us understand this process. Picking a divorce lawyer can be hard and choosing the wrong one can send your life down a rough road. I always believe in reading reviews on a company to help find the real story. I hope I can help someone make their choice in picking Mike. He will fight hard to get what you deserve. My mother’s fears about being able to pay her bills and enjoy her retirement are over because of Mike.

I have used this law firm for both custody and regular legal issues. My custody case was handeled by Mike Saglimben. He did a excellent job at a fair reasonable price for a very heated battle. we first dealt with it in pennslyvania while we lived there. Mike then repersented me when my two children moved to New York. Jay I used for a simple traffic ticket infraction and everything was resolved quickily with no problems. I would highly recomend the two hard working dedicated lawyers. the ladies in the front office are great at fielding the calls as well Jamie and Andrea.

This law firm was very helpful in getting my children back from ex's grandparents. especially with the fact that I was in another state. Mike is an awesome laywer!!! He respesented me in a custody case and got me full custody of my daughter. He was able to work out a payment plan with me that worked best for me ! I seen prior reviews about returning phone calls . , Well sometimes I had to wait for phone calls but that's part of life considering these lawyers are extremely busy doing lots of phone calls paper work and ect for your case !! Would not choose another lawyer for my case !
Also have had some free consultations with Jay the other attorney. He called me back right away and answered all my questions honestly I feel. He was very respectful and polite.
The reseptionist are great too ! They accidentally billed me incorrectly and I called and spoke to them and they did all they could to help figure it out . And they did figure it out and apologized right away for there mistake :)

I would give them negative stars if I could. Should have read reviews on here.

My best friend used them for a custody case and paid them $2k. Michael J. Saglimben was the attorney and he was never available. For $2k he attended the initial hearing for which he was woefully prepared and did not defend his client at all. He never bothered to make an appointment with her to review the case prior to the court date. We made several phone calls during this 3-4 month period for legal consultation when issues with the opposing party came up. During this time the office staff who answered the phones were rude and acted put out. They promised return calls by Mr. Saglimben which never occurred. The whole experience was awful.

Fortunately the other party wanted to settle and his lawyer handled everything on that end. At the time she paid the retainer Michael J. Saglimben agreed to pay back a portion of that money should the case not go all the way to trial. Once the settlement paperwork was done we asked him again about a refund and he agreed that money was owed back. We never heard from him again and follow up phone calls yielded nothing. Not only were they worthless in this case but also liars. Find a lawyer elsewhere!!

They do not do personal injury. The person who answers the phone is very poor at customer service.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Bad bad bad! needed help with a court issue. Lawyer was NO help! Over charged, didnt add up payments correctly, added extra things onto bill. didnt help with anything for the court issue that they were hired for.

I do not recommend these people. They took my money then completely dropped the ball for me. I needed work done and was told many times that they would get it done. I was brushed off almost the whole time. I was told certain paperwork was filed or sent just to find out that in fact, nothing was done. After weeks and months of no effort or communication from them, I moved on.

I would avoid these people and find someone else to work with. These people will treat you like a second rate citizen.
