I give them a zero rating I gave him $1,250 as a retainer fee for a custody issue I never fall through never went to court all he did was file papers to have my ex-girlfriend serve I even stopped at the papers never even left the office he sends me my retainer back of $250 no somebody told me if I'm wrong for being pissed off that he kept $1,000 of my money they have his people that drop off a letter at a desk to get sent out to somebody for hearing that's going to cost $1,000 I do not think so I find this very rude very selfish I can understand a couple hundred bucks honestly I expected at least a thousand back and him keep 250 just for having one of the staff members schedule a hearing for my case never even went to court or anything I even stopped the paperwork from going out in the mail this is ridiculous I think it's time I hire a lawyer to get my money back this is not fair it's all about money not Justice welcome to Luzerne County no wonder chiverella and conahan are behind bars

Hiring this firm was absolutely a mistake... I should have known it was the wrong choice at the consultation which lasted about 5 minutes. I found this law firm more interested in the $ they wanted to charge me rather than studying the details of my case.

Wouldn’t recommend. If you’re looking for someone to fight for you and fight hard, he’s not your guy. Very unsupportive in helping you feel confident about you situation. Would rather give into plea deals. Doesn’t bother to exhaust all options to help defend you against all your charges. Run from here.

I am disappointed of how my case has been handled. Poorly explain the scope of the situation and every single time I have gone to discuss the case The attorney seemed to have no idea. The fact that can charge the amount you do and get this treatment you should be ashamed of yourself. Go Somewhere else save the time MONEY and HEADACHE!

Junker...represented me in divorce issues... He is not to be trusted..when I got bill I called to say it was not correct bc he did nothing...he said I can make another one but it will be significantly higher...
