Hired Dave, lenny, @ Lampman Law for my friend who was facing a few charges. They were both great. Gave us a fair price to come to court and they answered any and all questions we had through the whole process. Julie, the front desk receptionist, was very friendly and very nice as well as she answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend.

Very helpful lawyer, I recommend for needing a lawyer.
Very happy with Leonard Gryskewicz, Esq. He did an outstanding job in defending our case last week. He was able to have the cases dismissed. Also, my appreciation and thanks to his assistant for her quick support and turnaround of messages, sometimes after working hours.

I just wanted to say Thank You for everything you and your office did to help my fiance Gene Finney. We could not have asked for a better outcome. Your entire office has been amazing from the first time I called at the very last minute until our hearing today. Mary and Becky were so helpful, always returning my phone calls and emails and answering my questions. After I spoke with Attorney Lampman we felt so much more at ease with our entire situation. Attorney Gryskewicz was wonderful at the hearing and we were so grateful to him for thoroughly explaining everything to us. We highly recommend your office to anyone looking for an incredible attorney. Thank you again to all of you for being so kind and considerate. You made a hard and scarey situation so much more bearable. We can finally breathe again now that it's over.

I typically don't post reviews but after my exceptional experience with Lampman Law I felt the need to share my story. As a single mom I was terrified at the potential outcome of my case. David Lampman was extremely professional and was upfront and honest about my chances. Not only did he thoroughly explain the entire process and laid out a strategy he also got the worst charge thrown out entirely. Its only through his vast experience and dedication to his clients was my fears put at ease. David has a flawless track record and I for one am extremely grateful. In the end David recommended that we go to trial, I was nervous but relied on his judgement. We won our case and all charges were dropped. I am so grateful for all that David has done for my family. I truly hope I will never need his services again, but if there is anyone who needs an exceptional attorney there is simply one option in the Wilkes-Barre area, Lampman Law!!

I read the few low rated comments.
My experience was good. Especially my case was not the best situation you could ask for but the outcome was "just but fair".
I would recommend Lampman Law, just make sure you understand what the job of an attorney is. They are not genies granting wishes.

I lucked out in picking Atty. Lenny Gryskewicz's name from my phone while looking for a local attorney. He guided me in how to help a friend resolve a problem. Resolution came quickly and was hugely favorable to my friend. Office staff is also helpful. Thanks so much.

This is a response to Mr. Lampmans review response, since you cannot respond to his review. I will break it down and respond to the points Mr. Lampman broke his response review into. The point of this review is to warn customers of my experience with his work and to correct his responses he is claiming on me.
1. The timing of the review is irrelevant. Whether it was 2 years ago, 2 days ago or 2 minutes ago the fact is the events happened and this was my experience with you. I did contact your office and complained because you sent me a letter of your dramatic line of "Your not the only lawyer in town" when I had already invested significant money in you.
Your comment:
"2. A lawyer’s duty to keep client confidences has few exceptions and in an abundance of caution I do not feel at liberty to respond in a point-by-point fashion in this forum. Suffice it to say that I do not believe that the post presents a fair and accurate picture of the events."
2. Well I would say you did feel at liberty to respond by a point-by-point fashion in this forum because you did make this point by point through your numbering
Your comment:
"3. In fact, your review is factually wrong and I completely disagree with it. You paid my office once. I attended your hearing despite your failure to make a second payment towards the total flat fee that you agreed to pay. At that hearing I learned information that made your case more complex than expected. The information I learned at the hearing was not otherwise accessible to me prior to the hearing. In other words, it was not something that I could have learned by doing "research or fact finding" on my own. In sum, your case was more complex than I expected when I first set the fee. I gave you the option, in writing, to pay me for the additional services the case required and you chose not to. In that letter, I explained that I was happy to represent you but I was not "the only lawyer in town" and that I wanted you "to be happy with your lawyer." So, I was absolutely fair with you. Also, you paid me a total of 25% of the original fee agreement and I never attempted to collect any money from you. "
3. Fact is my review is correct and your trying your lawyer tactics to blur the lines. I paid my retainer fee for your services and you attended the preliminary hearing. When I paid my retainer fee it was the end of one of your days in court and was on I believe a Friday at the end of the day and we talked very briefly of this case. It was after the hearing that you sent the letter, after at court you were advising me to accept the ridiculous offer the DA came back with at that time because of a clerical error in another court. You sent that letter knowing I already had paid my retainer fee, knowing I had no choice or I lose my money. So don't act as if I was given some sort of charity or fairness.
4. Your charges in my opinion for the services you provided me with as well as effort towards my case was in fact over charging.
5. Nobody expected you to provide free legal services, or I wouldn't have paid my retainer fee. I did expect my lawyer to go out and work for me getting me the best possible deal and fixing the errors in another case that was causing the problem for my DUI.
6. The court case you quoted played absolutely zero in the determination of my case. The whole point of you pointing that out was try to undermine my work and act as if you gave me good representation when in fact you did not. If you worked the case thoroughly you would've known that. My public defender and I were able to work with the DA, fix a clerical error out in Nevada and get a A.R.D. something you weren't able to do.
7. You have my number so if you wanted to discuss it any further instead of replying to a post, you could've contacted me. I find it unnecessary to talk to you anymore, I'm here to advise others of my dealings with you.

I contacted this office for a family member who needed legal advice, documents, and information on how to proceed in a given situation. Atty. Lampman could have asked us to come to the office and charged for the consult. Instead he was available to talk during off hours, referred us to someone who was very knowledgeable in what we needed and was very accommodating to my family members needs. Another review on this site says he was only after money, but in our situation it is obvious the opposite is true.

Horrible Attorney. Got more done with a Public defender doing all the leg work myself. This overpriced baffon didn't even remember me when we talked, took my money for an arraignment and without doing any research or fact finding or information gathering represented me and spoke to me 10 mins before my initial arraignment. He got upset because I obviously cared more about my situation then he did and I questioned him what could be done to get the best result for my alleged DUI. After doing my own research and leg work I was able to get a ARD instead of a DUI 1st offense with Attorney Lampman. This guy is about collecting you checks not worrying about your outcome. Be careful.
