My opinion: I'd describe Benjamin as Incompetent, negligent, unprofessional, sloppy & harmful to his own clients. Court documentation shows a long history of his being sanctioned by judges for egregious conduct. His license was apparently revoked in at least 1 state. With my case, he made unbelievable errors; then failed to respond to noticed from a judge urging he take corrective measures. Instead he ignored them. As a result, the case was thrown out of court but not before the statute of limitations ran out-meaning I've been exposed to all the risks (retaliation) of filing a law suit without ever accessing due process.

Benjamin threatens people who write negative reviews about him. Well I won't be bullied. (STFup Benjamin!) His mistakes and long history of egregious harmful conduct is well documented. He counts on his clients not having any recourse (may he rot in hell)! Anything would have been better than hiring Benjamin. And, to Judge Thomas McAvoy: shame on you for allowing this lawyer to continue to harm people who entrust him to represent them! McAvoy is a poor steward of the public's trust!

About one quasi-positive review involving someone's conversation with Benjamin: Yes, he can be affable. Affable but incompetent. Unfortunately, incompetence and associated errors/neglect of his duties are devastating to his clients. I learned that the hard way. Hopefully you will avoid the hardship by looking for representation elsewhere.

Benjamin is a convicted felon; I'd describe him as a bottom feeding low life incompetent nasty thug. No negative description does justice to how bad he is. And he will bring you no justice what-so-ever. Beware! No, Benjamin is not "very good" at what he does. He actually sucks at it.

Yes, he apparently served 2.5 years in prison on grand larceny charges. There's obviously some truth to the saying a zebra doesn't change his stripes. He is still stealing. He has not changed at all. I didn’t even make it past the receptionist..she was super rude,kept cutting me off while speaking,uneducated and seemed to not care very much about her job. She also burped and kept clearing her throat on the phone which is very unprofessional. I could not continue to the phone call after hearing how unprofessional someone who represented the law firm was. Very bad impression.

I am pleased with the outcome of the case Mr. Benjamin handled for me. He knows the law and knows how to get the best deal you deserve.

Ronald R. Benjamin had a client that was beaten to death while in Broome County Jail by Guards 15 Minutes after he complained to his own Lawyer R. R. Benjamin on the phone in 2015 and another client he had as a civil client that persons sister is on google complaining that Ronald R. Benjamin had him prosecuted and sent to prison for 8 and a half years for a false criminal case unrelated to the civil case R. R. Benjamin was representing him on. R. R. Benjamin filed false charges on me the day after the civil trial he screwed me on when he had gave a answering machine tape from his office that said press 3 to erase and re rerecord and I was pressing three deleting messages expressing what happened after 3 day civil trial that was ruled friv after trial. R. Benjamin my lawyer turned the tape from his machine in from his office the next day to the police and charged me with harassment to keep me from court in civil action he frauded up big time. Lucky I was living in PA at the time or I would of been beaten to death in Broome County Jail also. He turned in false tape that machine was not erasing when I was pressing three to re re record in order to keep me from going to Court on his fraud. Ronald R. Benjamin was also convicted before he ever was a lawyer then he was let in to be a lawyer he blew a judge I heard. no B.S.Then he was censored by 3 other courts. He's a leech, plain and simple. $9300 for 1 month of work, and a terrible outcome in court! He's notorious for nickel and diming his clients! Every last cent he can get from you he will! Avoid at all costs!

This guy is a complete utter joke! He extorted money from me to represent a family member.Throughout his representation of my family member, not once I receive any paperwork or documentation of the work he was supposed to be doing! However I did get weekly phone call saying I need more money to be able to do this that and the other thing. The outcome was him showing up late to court, he did not represent my family member in any way shape or form and resulting in my family member spending eight and a half years in prison for something that wasn't even relevant to this case..

I phoned the office to ask about a complex problem involving other lawyers and state and federal beaurocracies and to schedule an appointment. He graciously came to the phone to get more information. He was conversant with the problem and had a suggestion. He was considerate and much better than others who depending charged a lot and did nothing or just did nothing. This happened about 4 months ago and a winter trip and health problems delayed the post. A lucky day!?
