Awful, impossible to get through to anyone and they never return your calls, let alone answer them. It's entirely dysfunctional and a disgrace.

I couldn't be more thankful for the services legal aid provided me with. I had an issue with my landlord and it was resolved within the day. They are all very polite, insightful and take their job very seriously.

Susan oak does not try to help women in need but let it be a man she is all for him she is a disgrace to the justice system and the fact that she does not handle cases fairly

These people DO NOT care about helping the disabled whatsoever. They will likely assign you to meet with Ms. Chris Faber-Mosely, who claims to be some sort of former administrator within the organization. My circumstances were cut and dry, yet Ms. Faber-Mosely was not only condescending from start to finish, she then spoke numerous false statements to her supervisor, a Mr. Christopher Smith, about me. Without checking the validity of these statements, Mr. Smith attacked me in numerous letters, after refusing to assist me. The "master ring leader" of this corrupt group, is a man named Dennis Kaufman. Mr. Kaufmann is the Executive Director, in Syracuse. Mr. Kaufman not only refuses to hear the truth, much like Mr. Smith, he will not talk to you whatsoever. Shame on these people, who claim to help. Report them to the higher ups, and those who provide their funding. That is my best advice.
