The miserable woman answering the phones at Butler & Butler has made my decision to call other firms a clear and necessary decision.
Someone with that awful disposition should not be hired in any form of public relations. Maybe she could clean the office after hours when everyone else has left for the day instead of hating her current position; representing your firm.
