My experience with this lady was just horrible! She is irresponsible and does not know how to do her job. She messed up my case and two years later here I am trying to fix it myself. DO NOT USE HER she is awful at this and is nothing but trouble. She works with people against you when it should be the other way around.

Beware, do not use Martha Lyons. She dropped the ball on a simple estate and never returned a single phone call. I personally had to close my fathers estate, yet she took my money.

Personally, I found her to be one of the worst lawyers. She was supposed to represent me SON but she met more with my ex than my son. She refused to listen to facts, photos and videos showing abuse of my son by his father. My son BEGGED not to see his father because he was afraid of him. My son is I middle school and SHOULD have been listened to. She did not do her job, which was represent my SON. Instead, she arrempted to play “psychologist” without a license and try to work things out between my son and his sociopathic abusive father. She insisted he see his father, and when he did, my son was very badly hurt AGAIN which I blame SOLELY on HER LACK of doing her job. Maybe she should go to school and get a degree in psychology, because she SUCKS as a lawyer AND a psychologist. Luckily, I now have videotape of the abuse live and in color that she sent my son back into. I hope there is a special karma for her and her stupidity. DO NOT USE HER...she obviously has some deep seated issues and likes to go outside the realm of her scope of knowledge where she has no business being. I hope she gets disbarred before she does any more damage to any more families.
