No words can describe how unprofessional and incompetent this law firm is. The attorney who "represented" me was a complete joke. I could train my dog to do a better job then Linda Bartlett. She did NOTHING for me and refused to take necessary depositions because it would mean she would actually have to do her job! Then again, in order to do her job she would actually have to be in the office and not on vacation. They represented me, before I found a good law firm, for about 3 years. In that 3 years, Atleast 20 times I called and she was "on vacation" and no one knew anything about my case. If you get her as an attorney, RUN!! They brag as "the people's law firm". They care nothing about the people except to rob them.
I would recomend them to anybody. They did an excellent job representing me and fought very hard for me. A great law firm.

I’m very happy I decided to hire George Oshal with Cefalo and Associates. George’s assistant Beth MacTavish was wonderful. They both hung in there with my case, which took much longer than anyone anticipated. I would recommend them to anybody!!!
