I hired Ms Barrasse to explain the legalese of the trust my father set up for my sisters and me as an inheritance upon his passing.
She arrived at our phone appointment without previously reading the trust, wasting both of our time yet billing $250/hour.
She said she would follow up with her findings within a month and never did. Never returned any of my many calls and emails.
After I sent a letter voicing my disappointment, she did eventually return my trust papers and refunded the fees charged, which shows character.
It would have been better had she just let me know from the start she didn't have time to help us though.
