Gave Atty Grabiec $250 to prepare expungement paperwork, plus $43 to file, in March 2014. In December 2014, after numerous messages, he returned my call...only to tell me the DA's office 'lost' the paperwork. But he would refile for me. OK. Having never returned my calls or certified letters, in August 2015, I went to the DA's office and was informed that Atty. Grabiec NEVER filed the original paperwork nor the December 2014 papers. I proceeded to complete the paperwork myself and file accordingly. I received the final expungement and sent a certified letter to Atty. Grabiec asking that he return my $293. Finally, after several letters AND phone calls, he returned only $40 to me, insisting he filed the papers and was returning only the filing fee (which was, $43, not $40!).

DON'T use this attorney. He's a joke!
