I would like to recognize the Outstanding Professionalism of the legal services I've experienced by Attorney Christopher Arnone's Office since June 2011. I hired Attorney Arnone for Family Court and Child Custody litigation. Here are some remarkable reasons why my experience with them was a pleasure:
1) Comfort: I had just dismissed my previous lawyer because that firm was not sensitive to my needs. Right from the starting gate at the initial interview, Attorney Arnone set my nearves at ease. He took the time to listen, provided brief deliberate responses, and talked about how he would be able to help me and correct my former lawyer's mistakes. His fees are fair and provided me with an itemized checklist of his services.
2) Communication: Every message I left with his secretary and voice-mail, my calls were returned in a timely matter. Attorney Arnone's staff were consistent in delivering accurate information critical to my case. If they did not know an answer to a question, they conducted research and investigated in finding the correct answer in layman's terms.
3) Knowlege: Attorney Arnone's staff were very knowlegable in preparing me for Child Support Conferences and hearings. I run a small business buying and selling auctions at home on eBay. After submitting a summary to their office, Attorney Arnone's Paralegal spotted some errors in my Income and Expenses, helping me recognize what expenses I was allowed to deduct. Also, when I was in doubt and irate about the delay in the scheduling of the court hearing, he used his calming demeanor to explain the slow court processes.
4) Availability: Awesome! When I needed to inform Attorney Arnone that my wife had taken my son out of state without my permission, he was at another hearing. I left a message with his Secretary and after hanging up the phone, she wrote a text message to him. At his earliest convenience (knowing that I was nervous and had other mixed feelings of my wife's illegal activity), Attorney Arnone returned my call and again used his calming demeanor and mild sense of humor to explain how we can present our case in court. If he doesn't reach me at home, he calls my cell phone.
5) Respect: Attorney Arnone uses the term "we". As a team, The Arnone Law Office works together as they bounce ideas off one another, including their client. I live 45 minutes from their office. In an effort to keep my fees down, and knowing their client drives a long distance to their office, they offer tele-conferences so I can talk in the comfort of my home, minus the travel time. While on the speakerphone, I could hear Attorney Arnone and his Paralegal compare ideas and document suggestions.
6) Dignity: They collected all my notes, letters, correspondence, and conducted an interview with me and our witnesses around 10 days before the hearing. That's important because you need enough time to correct errors and add documentation, yet not so far ahead that we forgot what was talked about.
7) Court Preperation: Truth is Critical... Attorney Arnone says, "Write it Down. Carry a pad and pen. Throughout the day jot it down because your thoughts come and go." With his mild sense of homor he says, "Not while driving". He and his staff will meet with you and discuss what you wrote.
8) Witnesses: Prior to testimony, Attorney Arnone wishes to meet with witnesses, ask questions, get to know their character and talk about what to expect.
9) The Courtroom: There is a secret to his gliding finesse ... During Attorney Arnone's questioning, he uses a touch of Psychology by knowing what to say and when to say it. I can actually "feel" him working hard for you. Occasionally his opponent will object to some questions, however Attorney Arnone doesn't anger the judge.
In conclusion, I feel that Attorney Arnone's heart was genuinely involved. Not only has he become a great legal representative, he has also become a friend.
