Very difficult to get a hold of , I the seller and also the buyer repeatedly tried to contact John , we both left messages, not one return phone call and after a week of no return phone calls , decided to go with a different Abstract Co. who was on the ball and we closed in a little over a week. Literally "Two thumbs down" ! Horrible way to do business!
