How this “attorney” is still able to practice is difficult to fathom. The previous reviews are an example of how this so called “professional” responds. Rude, arrogant, obnoxious is the most I can say without using profanities, which is how you want to respond after dealing with this attorney. Do yourself a favor, don’t use him for any reason. Assumes he knows all & everyone else is beneath him. Also, does not have an educated grasp of the law, hence, why I cannot fathom how he is still practicing - or lack of “practicing” since in his case, practice does not equal perfect. This is the type of lawyer that the “horrible attorney” jokes come from.

Mr. Diamond was appointed as the financial guardian for my mother. Although very friendly and empathetic when you first meet him, that will all quickly disappear! He has done nothing the court appointed him to do, and has not even spoken to my mother since court. My mother has been waiting anxiously at a nursing home to go back home to her house as Mr. Diamond does nothing. I believe that is exactly what he wants though... for my mother to never go back home. In fact, his first words to me.... I want to put the house on the market as soon as possible. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that all he wants is to get paid as soon as possible with the least amount of work required.

I should have listened to the reviews here and my gut instinct... and requested a real lawyer as her financial guardian!

Don't get involved with this guy, he is bad news!!

I haven't met the man, but after reading the other reviews, i am glad i didn't. I initially tried Mr. Stenger, but then was passed to mr. Diamond. All I wanted was a consultation. That's it. I was told the charge would be 350.00. Mr. Stenger secretary had explained to me that unless you retain them, you do not have to pay. Obviously, Mr. Diamond thinks otherwise. I explained that my husband and I have referred clients to this firm for a long time etc.. it doesnt matter. Time is money. It gets me because they seem to forget where they came from. What about helping out people? So very sad. I know that it doesnt matter to him or this firm, but I will NEVER refer anyone, ever again to them.

Personality of a rusty nail. We thought the other review of Mr Diamond might have been an anomaly. My wife and I found out it didn't go far enough! Calling this guy rude is an understatement. I'd add surly, nasty and ill tempered. It all came out in about 30 seconds of conversion on the phone. We both agreed we wouldn't use him if he was the last lawyer on earth. (Well, there's always hope that one day that may come to pass...)

Rudest man I have ever spoken with, and that was within half a minute of being on the phone with him. He wrote up a lease agreement for our new business and not only was it riddled with errors, he presumed to rename our business and began filing paperwork without consulting us first. When asked to explain certain legal terms within the contract, he refused and became extremely difficult and impatient. I would warn anyone against using his services or taking his advice.
