I hired Rachel to handle a matter in an area of the law that is not my specialty. Once I'd paid the retainer, she no longer answered my emails; she never told me when I could expect her to do what I hired her to do; when I set a specific deadline, she didn't tell me it was not possible, instead she just overshot it by weeks. This resulted in problems with another court. Ultimately, I felt I couldn't trust her legal advice, She is rude and unprofessional and you will get far better customer service at your local supermarket or gas station.
