He had been very responsive, explained all the related issues in details before giving me an advice. Don't hesitate to hire Joe Sayegh as your lawyer, especially for real estate. My house closed in just 60 days, Joe helped the whole process move along quickly. He had been very responsive, explained all the related issues in details before giving me an advice. He is a true advocate for his clients.
He's clear and concise on whats needed way ahead of time from the different municipalities as to make sure sure the closing process is smooth for both buyer and seller. Lots of moving parts for those that don't deal with real-estate transactions often enough to know what to expect and whats needed.
He does nothing with out explaining what he is doing and why. I highly recommend Joe for all real estate legal needs.
