David Sears is an excellent Attorney!

Called to get a yes or no answer on a legal concern. The attorney told me that he doesn't represent tenants. When i told him what the question was he laughed. When i offered to pay him, then he was willimg to set up an appointment. He said it was $125 per hr for consultation. No thanks man....
