Do not use Ed if your need has ANYTHING to do with estate law. We were completely miss represented, told we owed money that we did not owe to a family member, and now owe money to the IRS and State. State deductions were never taken out at distribution, how does someone that’s suppose to be representing you not see this!? Multiple phone calls and aggravation for absolutely nothing, I basically did his job- what we paid him to do. Making phone calls on my personal and work time to the IRS and other companies dealing with this estate. What an absolute MESS and huge mistake trusting and paying him for a service that was done incorrectly. Now having to pay ANOTHER accountant and attorney to fix this. ED was aware of the issue with the IRS, told me ( after multiple phone calls of course ) that he would have his accountant work / look at it , and Never did. Never heard from him again.

Took my case knowing he couldn't help me. Told me it would All be wrapped up within 6 months. 2 years later now, I don't even hear from him. I have to explain the details of the case to him every time we speak. One year in he tells me they changed the law 3 or 4 years ago, Which means he knew the day I walked into his office that he couldn't help me.
