I worked with Aaron on a Car Crash case where I was victim in a bad accident. This was the first time I ever had to sue anyone. Aaron did a great job helping me understand the process, filling me in on everything I needed to know, and keeping me updated anytime he had news. My case was one that took long because other party was not great at responding but Aaron did a great job not letting things get put aside or delayed longer than they needed to be. He was very thorough and extremely organized. He took great notes and put together packets to present when needed with all our case notes and pictures. It impressed most people we presented to and I think helped with case. Ended up not having to go all the way to court and received more than what I was hoping to expect with the help and persuasion from Aaron. Very nice lawfirm with honest hard working people.

My advice to anyone injured on the job is to know your rights! If your company sends you to a conveyor belt clinic that will not even take an x-ray of your injuries, get a second opinion! RUN!!! Concentra sent me to work the day after a 400 pound patient pulled me to the floor from a standing position. They send you back to work so that you can not collect workers comp. This law firm was able to get me an MRI eight months later, when workers comp was contesting my case and I didn't know what to do. The MRI showed three untreated bulging discs. The ortho consult concluded that my excruciating pain was due to lack of proper treatment and insufficient healing for eight months. It is approaching the two year anniversary of this injury and I still have a lot of healing to do. Thankfully, they were able to get me pain management. No job in the world is worth a lifetime of physical pain. Your body needs to heal and deserves proper treatment. I am grateful that they took my case and fought for my rights.
