Phenomenal customer service! My family was fortunate enough to engage the legal services of Nancy Tagliaferro at Hogan & Rossi to handle my father-in-law's Elder Law issues. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for Elder care services. It has been well over a month that myself and my family have been trying to have an attorney return a phone call to a nursing home and none of our calls have been answered. It's very frustrating when a simple 5 minute phone call could help us move forward and no one has the consideration to return a call. It's pretty sad to have to post a poor review to try to get some action.

Used them to close on my house. Very professional, courteous, did every thing they could to move the processes along a smoothly as it could go. Definitely recommend.

Michael Liguori is the most incompetent lawyer in NY. I had to help him do his job! He didn't even have the simplest of details in the contract and I had to tell him to put it in. He doesn't know how to follow simple instructions and causes days worth of delays. He is completely unprofessional and the contracts he sends out are worthless and some of the verbage he uses is even ILLEGAL!

Furthermore, when I called him out on all the issues of the contract, he got insecure and hung the phone up on me and then told his client I was nitpicking details on the contract and told them I hung up on him! Lies!!!!

He cost my family the house and ruined the deal.

I would never recommend Michael Liguori, or for that matter Hogan & Rossi.
