Having to file bankruptcy for situations in my life sent me to the Neil Crane Attorney at Law Group. Working with the group from the start had had me concerned about the gobs of information and paper that I would have to get and all the court things to do to even get started.
In reality, the Crane group was able to show me a structured process and a set of required items both data and billing sheets needed to have my bankruptcy fully attended to before being filed to the courts. My attention to getting the billing invoices and the data that attended to cash flow to way less than I had thought since all or most was directly available from the sources (banks, credit cards, income W-2 forms) and took only my security access.
Since my actions and the actions of the Crane Group had everything structured and reviewed for submission to the court, everything was such that the court was able to face to face review with me and it actually closed as I left the building that day. Let's be honest. Bankruptcy and home foreclosure are unpleasant and stressful, affecting those involved very personally and deeply. However, the experience doesn't have to be defeating, and Neil Crane and his entire staff offer a very real, manageable, (and affordable), path through the entire process.

Update... We survived bankruptcy, were able to short sale our home, and moved to a more affordable area with much lower taxes in North Carolina. While going through the bankruptcy we set aside the money we would have been paying for the mortgage which made a huge difference in moving forward financially and emotionally. We have a smaller home that will be paid off this year, several years ahead of schedule... (our mortgage with taxes on a 15 year note is $585 per month...) Looking back, I can honestly say we wouldn't be where we are today without the kind and professional services of Neil and his staff... You will not find a better law office, or a better group of people anywhere. Tighten your belt, take a deep breath, and sign on with Neil...There is life after bankruptcy, and these people will open the door to it.

For years I was being harassed by a bottom feeding bill collector (collecting on an old, purchased debt mind you) and finally had enough. I looked online for any attorney who I thought could help me and I found Neil!
It was truly my lucky day.
