I hired Mr. Muchinksky to represent me in a fairly serious criminal case (a 2nd DUI charge). I was on the verge of losing my house and leaving my family destitute. The case was drawn out for over a year while Mr. Muchinsky explored all possible angles of defense, keeping me in the loop every step on the way. I am very pleased with the resolution of the case and I would definitely hire him again if I ever had another legal issue. Professional, articulate, and he always has is client's best interest in mind.
