It seems that negative reviews of this firm get flagged and deleted since I have posted a google review three times before. I feel strongly enough about my dealing with Mr Zimberlin that I will continue to repost. I hired Russell Zimberlin and will not in good consciousness recommend him to anyone seeking legal representation. I did try to resolve it with him and his mother who is also an attorney in this firm - to no avail. I rarely post reviews, but will continue expressing my negative experience with this attorney.
