great service

No star for this company, customer service is lacking professionalism , when I call I can never get in touch with the lawyer, not only that but he get names & (Files) mixed up and not sure who he is talking to on the phone. when I did get through to him and I tried asking about my case he got mad because he was giving me wrong information and I tried confronting him about his mistakes he got rude and hung up on me so I redial the number and got his receptionist and he told her to set an appointment, I did set the appointment but I didn't bother to attend I called and cancelled, I didn't feel like it was worth my time after being treated like that, this man was not worth my time its too bad my money went down the drain. Firstly if your a lawyer you must be able to tell your clients apart secondly if your lawyer at least have your secretary get the file of the person /client that you are going to talk to on the phone so that you may be able to see what the discussion will be about and make notes .Finally don't say things to client and then when they ask about it you look like a deer in the head light.
