Called to work out a payment plan for a $700 debt. The agent was extremely rude and unwilling to work with something I could afford. I am currently paying off 4 other debts through law offices and all previous experiences with other practices have been positive and actually pleasant. This place is actually my first terrible experience with a debt collector. Congratulations. See ya in court where I will make an arrangement I can afford anyway. ‍♂️

This lawyer has engaged in continued, systematic harassment of my wife over debt that has expired under the applicable law of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. This has been explained to them and they continued. Next stop, Massachusetts and Connecticut Board of Bar Overseers.

And no Howie, that is not a threat, that is advance notice of a pending action.

Customer Service Extremely rude!

Liars and thieves. Ms. Copeland (she refused to give me her first name) led me to believe I would be able to resolve my account before money was taken out of my bank account which ended up being untrue. The amount they took ended up being more than the amount owed and when I called to inquire a female staff member told me there was nothing they would do and to take it up with the court. Incredibly unhelpful. It’s disappointing they would use tactics to mislead you just so they can take your money, especially before the holidays coming up. They truly should be ashamed of themselves. I don’t know how these people sleep at night.

There website is excellent for letting you use your checking account, debit or credit card to pay on bills owed. Also, very informative about their history, and great information on each of the attorneys that work there.

I have never in my life dealt with such rude, unhelpful, uncaring , and greedy individuals. I had an account they were “handling “ due to medical issues following the death of my Infant son. After missing one $35 dollar payment 10 years ago, they charged me interest upwards of $3,000 and extracted every single cent from my bank accounts, leaving me with nothing. They took every penny I’ve worked my entire life for , and after I called and explained that my baby boy died, and that as a single mother they’d left me completely broke, with no way to feed my surviving child, they told me to go through the courts and handle it that way. I will be filing a complaint with the AG’s office as their treatment is unethical and inhumane. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Rude! Can’t get a word in edgewise with “these” people...say things like “why you askin all these questions”?.....smh

I called a customer service representative and tried to get more information about my account, she was NOT helpful and gave me information that i already knew about my account. Did NOT seem like she cared or could be bothered to help me. Seemed more like i was distributing her day even though this is literally what she gets paid to do. It was very unprofessional and I wish I took her name down. I expected better customer service ESPECIALLY since I'm trying to make my payments. If they had a 0 star rating that is what i would give this company.

Not even worth the one star but had to in order to review and post. I worked here for about 2 months and it is the most unprofessional work environment I've ever been in. The staff are all miserable, immature, hags who do nothing but take breaks all day and smoke cigarettes. Apply here, if you want to sit on your phone all day and get paid for it! :) Supervisors on salary but have no supervision skills what so ever. Not to mention how disgusting the building is, in and out! The whole place has a stench of tobacco and body odor. Don't get me started on the bathrooms; use to hold my pee as long as i could in fear of having to use the bathroom here and catch something. There are also mice in the building. If you're a happy person who is dedicated to your job, working around these woman, you'll quickly start to burn out.
