Attorney Walsh and his staff guided us through the closing on our house in East Windsor CT effortlessly. We had signed paperwork with the realtor back on July 1st of 2019, but the house came to be harder to sell than anticipated, and when we finally got a buyer problems kept cropping up to slow things down. Walsh & Associates was originally just going to handle the closing scheduled for December 5th, but when it started getting down to the wire and there were still problems we got a call politely asking “what the heck we were waiting for!” I explained what was happening. Joanne, one of his exemplary P.A.’s, passed it up to Jeff who had it worked out within a day. If we had utilized their services earlier we probably would have had a lot less stress in our lives. I highly recommend Walsh & Associates to anybody needing a great real estate attorney, and let them in on the transactions early on to save yourselves a lot of grief, we should have ;-)) .
