I talked to the secretary over the phone very unprofessional and unreliable in terms of my questions and curiosity of my disability. Literally cut me off and said she doesn't want to argue with me and said that if I'm able to see to go and work, I have keratoconus an incurable disease that impaired my vision. What's crazy is she said she's familiar with it and still talked to me like that, disgraceful. I'm astonished at how she talked to me that I just hung up. If she's reading this I want her to know that there will come a day when she will be treated how she treated me, remember me on that day. --Since the owners response is that I was treated well by his staff (A BIG LIE) and that I didn't have a viable claim(ANOTHER BIG LIE) its proven that he does not care at all about most of the people that come through his door because the next firm I called accepted it right away after they gave me a "chance" to tell them about my disability and what's wrong. Seems like my case was above his profession and that that like to take that easy, guaranteed money instead of actually doing their job. FTR seems like I wasn't the only upset from these guys.

I had a very positive experience with Attorney Ramos and his staff. My case was handled in a timely and professional manner, and the outcome was successful.

Upon inquiring, the person I spoke to was very very extremely careless, rude and awful.. Told me they have to much work and that for me being a 28 year old man I should have no problem working. I have chronic adhd, bipolar disorder, emotional disorder, PTSD, anxiety and depression, i am in 6 prescription medication and parents collected SSI when I was a child. Called a different lawyer and they brought my case to court and things are looking great!!

Unfortunately, all communication with Mr. Ramos stopped after I signed with him to take on my initial SSD claim. Everything was minimally handled with staff that kept revolving. After waiting 9 months and doing most of the follow up for myself, I was denied and made to feel that I wasn't worthy of these benefits. I attained counsel elsewhere and my file was a mess. My new lawyer worked amazingly and got me approved in expedited time. However, to our surprise Mr. Ramos denied release of payment from my case which delayed payment to me and the lawyer who won my case. After attempting several times to contact Mr. Ramos to see if this was in fact true and try to come up with a resolve, he sent an email saying he couldn't help. He never responded to the judges request to receive payment, so all it did was delay payment to myself and my new lawyer for 6 months that he could have easily resolved . I have never written a negative review of anyone, but those in desperate need as I was, should be warned!

Thanks to Mr. Ramos & staff, I had a positive outcome with my case. Would highly recommend this office, as they were always prompt & up to date always on my case, during the course of it.

I had trouble looking for a federal appeals attorney and Attorney Ramos revived my hope in my disability case. Not happy with this law firm. I hired them for my social security disability appeal, I should have just done everything on my own as this is how I felt throughout the whole process, they had no idea on the status of my case, I had to constantly call the social security office myself to be informed. They were waiting for paperwork from the social security person assigned to my case before they fax my documents so I went ahead and got that done myself and I also called to find out who was the person assigned to my case and spoke to this person and advocated as to why my case should be approved. I then got them to approve my appeal and when I called the law firm to advise that my disability case was approved they were stunned, “well we have not received any paperwork about your case” total waste of money! They got their $6000 for doing NOTHING... don’t waste your time with this firm, educate yourself and do it on your own or find a firm that will really do some work.

After a lot of frustration in the process and being unable to deliver what they SSDI are looking for I contacted an Attorney Ivan Ramos for his expertise/knowledge. I did not get lost in the shuffle at Ramos Law like I did with SSDI processing. My calls/emails were always returned promptly. Jessica is also right on point always there to lend support and returns all calls/emails promptly. I was so use to being placed on hold and never hearing back that this alone was a breath of fresh air. I do regret not contacting them right in the beginning of the process and waiting until I had to file an appeal I could of avoided such a lengthy wait.. If I could do it over again I would of contacted Attorney Ramos right in the beginning I needed that assistance. Now for Attorney Ramos he is on top of things right from the start, he also does not hold back anything he will tell you like it is. I wish I could put into words how much I appreciate Attorney Ramos. I don't think there are enough words. My Mom had been out of work for months due to a medical condition that we didn't even have a diagnosis on. When the Doctors thought they knew, they would re-route use and claim it was something else. I contacted Ivan to take over all matters dealing with my long term disability LTD insurer (CIGNA) due to my brain injury. I was (and am) not able to think clearly to discuss matters with them, so I still retain Ivan to Ivan to be my voice for everything. There was a long drawn-out battle for them to admit to their responsibility even though Social security covered immediately with no problems or delays. I was grateful that it was not my worry, it was Ivan's worry to make sure it all well. He told me what I and my wife had to do, he let us know if the doctors were not responding in time, etc. His fees are well worth the results. We highly recommend him for his results and continue to retain him for the same.
