Best decision I made was to contact Consumer Law Group. Long story short, I found myself stuck with a car that was ultimately not safe to drive. Only found out when trying to trade the car in. No dealership would touch it. I did some research and found Attorney Blinn and Attorney Mahoney (and of course Dora!) of Consumer Law Group online and made the call. They were fantastic. They kept me updated throughout the process (which is very important to me). They didn’t leave me hanging wondering what was going on. They were very patient with me, listened to what I had to say, and explained anything I didn’t understand. Very fair and pleased with the outcome. They are a really wonderful group of people who I trust and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone who needs help with consumer issues. Really can’t thank them enough!

I actually found Dan in the yellow pages.( quite a while ago). He took my case and met with me that afternoon. He gave me excellent information every step of the way and we won. Mazda doesn't want to hear from Dan Blinn again. Just spoke to him about something new and got excellent feedback again. I rated 5 stars it should be 10 or more. If I can rate this consumer law group lower then 1 star I would. This firm indicates they practice out in Connecticut and Massachusetts. I was turned away because the Attorney doesn’t feel comfortable taking a case in Massachusetts due to not knowing the law.. sounds a bit crazy. Makes me think how he received his license to practice out in Massachusetts. Referred me to another Attorney that is a complete joke and sketchy.. something just seams off.

Even though I am Attorney myself when I was cheated and taken advantage of by a car dealership I felt weak and powerless. I was very fortunate to find a law firm that specialized in consumer protection. Dan and his team worked diligently and thorough throughout my 22 month endeavor . I am grateful for his services, as well as Brendan's.
Here's my quick story:
1) Purchased a certified used vehicle from a known dealership.
2) Encountered issues with the vehicle within weeks of ownership, with no resolve from dealership.
3) Found out after some time that the vehicle was in 2 wrecks prior to my ownership. Also had airbags deployed. Therefore not meeting certification standards on used vehicles from known dealership.
4) After feeling betrayed and let down, I searched for lawyers that specialized in this matter. Fortunately, I was able to find Consumer Law group in the area. They are the only one in this area of expertise.

I was very Blessed to have found Dan for what I was dealing with. He was very personable making me and my fiance feel comfortable. Dan is also very knowledgeable and listens to every detail and was able to find things we didnt even know existed. He was very timely on all the things he said he was doing amd never had a problem contacting him. If Dan was out of the office I was still updated on things through his receptionist. The people who work in his firm including his receptionist Dora were beyond pleasant and never made us feel like a bother with any questions we had. I highly recommend Dan to anyone because he made a very stressful situation turn into something positive, and I'm extremely greatful.

I will say this, Attorney Dan Blinn and Dora Fernandez in the office are amazing. I found myself in a situation where I purchased a car with a blown head gasket , lied about having to Buy As Is, made me put a GPS in my car, stating it was required, not informing me that the bank could kill my started at time they liked and dealership forged my loan.
I contacted DMV and they refused to help me, so I was referred to Attorney Dan Blinn and I contacted him through email and explained my situation. He responded to me while on vacation and said he would be in touch the following week. And he actually did. I went in sat down with Dan for 2 hours , went over all events and gave all paperwork, After did all the tasks that where asked of me and 6-8 weeks later, case was settled and that was it.

Totally disgusted. I went to Consumer Law Group and met with Dan Blinn about a car I purchased from a dealership. I was hoping this was the place to go after Mr. Blinn told me over the phone that he specialized in cases like mine. When I met with Mr. Blinn in person he demeanor was completely different. He kept making sexual innuendos while staring at my chest. I initially tried to ignore it hoping that he could still help me with my case and that maybe he would stop. He eventually told me he would take my case if I would sleep with him. I left completely shocked and disgusted. I’m currently working with another attorney to sue Mr Blinn for his unprofessional and appalling behavior. BEWARE when meeting with this man!
