Recently worked with Tom Kane on closing a house. This was not a typical closing for my situation and Tom was always advising and looking out for my best interest throughout the process. We came to a deal with the sellers that everyone was comfortable with and without hostility. On the closing day itself I was expecting a lengthy and time consuming process but I was in and out of the office within a half hour. I did not feel rushed and Tom explained all the documents I was signing very clearly and answered any questions I had. This office is also helping me recover expenses I incurred on a deal that fell through on a previous attempt to purchase a home. That is still pending.

Overall very good experience, Tom and staff were friendly and helpful. There is only one thing I would change (hence giving 4 stars instead of 5), which is that I received instruction to wire the money to them (for a property closing) the day before I was to come in to sign. This left me scrambling to get to the bank immediately before they closed. It would have been nice to get the instructions a week earlier. As I said, other than that great experience.
