Jason and all the office staff we worked with were very helpful in getting our refinance closing done. They were very responsive to our questions and attentive to our needs to understand what it was that we were getting into and financial impact. I think at one point I was on the phone until almost 6pm one Friday going over the closing costs, making sure all the money made sense.
