Chris hill closed my house. He was rude, expensive and inconsiderate. Charged for things I did not need. Closing costs was thousands higher than normal. He had an attitude and was unpleasant to deal with. Was hostile to both the buyer and seller and brokers of the house. Do not use him. Go elsewhere. I would rate him zero if its available

These are not just good lawyers, they are good people. My dad passed away very unexpectedly in Dec. 2012. My brother lives in another state, too far to come to CT often. My mom is elderly with physical health issues and severe enough dementia to need full time care. So my world was turned totally inside out. The knowledge and expertise from Atty. K. Giuliano was great. But what made the whole process not a nightmare was her caring. She's also drawn up a will for my mom and in general been a true advocate. We'll be selling our home and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else but to Hill & Hill for the closing. If you need a lawyer, call them first .... and it'll be your last call to find help.
