I had no bad experience with them I called the gave me a settlement amount. I accepted, I sent a money order. They congratulated me on paying it and sent a letter. I'm not mad at them. I borrowed the money and had to pay it back no complaints.

UPDATE: they are now illegally taking money from my check while the whole time I was unaware this as happening. They are thieves who thrive on struggling individuals, they're fancy cars and watches are fueled with tears of true americans.

London and london practice illegal procedures. I gave them my lawyers information months ago regarding my bankruptcy, and they STILL hired someone to come to my door and hand me debt papers. I pushed them back to the woman, refusing the paperwork, and she let them drop on the ground. Fast forward a few months and I'm still getting paperwork about my debt. Now I have to hire another lawyer just to sue them for harassment.

First of all, I will tell you with some of the negative reviews about this law firm, I was very nervous about calling them on my credit card issue. I never received a letter from them telling me they were holding my account. Turns out, they had the wrong po box. The woman I spoke with was so awesome. She agreed to my payment arrangements and gave me info I needed to have so my payments could begin..she told me what to expect since my it was already filed in civil court. She was extremely informative and very very nice.. I'm glad i made the call..

Am still very pleased with this firm. Had an issue with my payments going through and they helped me find a solution..they have been helpful from day 1...I can call them anytime about any questions I may have and they find an answer for me..I continue to give them a 5* review

I have had nothing but positive experiences with this firm. They were helpful, accommodating and understanding. They handled the sale of my home and my purchase of a new one. Their attorneys are very knowledgeable. Extremely diligent. Follow-up was great. I highly recommend them.

ok folks you really need to read up on credit laws and how the statute of limitations works. yes they are a debt collection law firm. can they file a small claims suit for a time barred debt, yes. can they win it? only if you are not there! answer back to the court that it is in fact a time barred debt, and bring a copy of your credit report proving the date of first default. if you dont show up THEY WILL WIN BY DEFAULT! then they can harass you, sieze your bank account etc. as for my interaction with them i defaulted my cap one, i made payment arrangements and have had a very pleasant experience so far

Terrible law firm. Their lack of communication is insane. They don’t return calls. They will make payment agreements, but they aren’t very good at negotiating.

I called about 4 times just to have the merry goes round. Even the recording is horrible.
Listen to it yourself London and London.
If at least I was given a simple way to leave a message,that will not be too frustrating.
You must listen to your own recording to see for yourselves why you have no good reviews.

I hired the attorney for traffic tickets. I was told I wouldn’t have to come into the office after I paid the lawyer and also I wouldn’t have to appear in court. “Everything will be taken care of”!. Just last month I got pulled over and taken to the Garland jail. In regarding the tickets the lawyer was “taken care of”. Total rip off would not recommend.

They took care if my tickets and i ddnt hve to go to court but once and even then it was dismissed.

Bad people. They are just bill collectors masquarading as lawyers.

These people are amazing. I have tickets and warrants and it was so easy to get it takin care of. They work with you and they are clear on what they say. This warrant issue has been hanging over me for a while and i would of taken care of it a long time ago had I heard about this place. Thank you Dominic.

Bottom feeder. Filed a lawsuit for a Time-Barred Debt - which is clearly in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

I had to call this place this morning bc I too owe capitol one money. I found it funny when i went and read the reviews so figured I'd leave mine. This office is in fact a debt collector. I have had no negative interactions with them aside from the fact that they want their money.... hmm.. considering that's their job but how dare they! Right? Smh. U people are (a word I apparently can't put in a Google review, lol) This firm does everything they need to get their money as any collection agency will. I'll tell you, they are quite lenient when you're having a difficult time and are very polite when you call. I made the mistake of not returning their calls and they took me to court. However, as soon as i made an offer they took it. No questions asked. Accepted and I didn't even have to appear in court. Just pay your bills and you won't have to deal with people like this.... and yes, being mean and persistent is their job. They do it well but are very fair and like I said, will work with you! .. not that I'm happy abot being sued but I just laughed when I read the two reviews on here and had to comment.

They are trying to collect on a charged off card 7 years later even though I am not liable for it

This Law Firm is Hideous!! They are insensitive to the Poor and Homeless over a mere
$1000 credit card debt!!! Their failure to help a very poor person, and creating a $140 negative bank account balance for a 62 year old person who had no recourse and has mental health issues which prohibited him with dealing with a matter for the EVIL Capital One Institution. Attempts were made to rectify this situation, but fell on deaf ears on London & London law firm. I am seeking restitution for harassment and causing this negative debt. Like Capital One, London & London is a horrendous institution that caters to the RICH, and CARES nothing for a poor person who is Homeless and had no recourse to deal with this stupid incident!!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!
