Lynn was amazing at helping with mediating my divorce. We went in for something else and in 5 minutes I learned more about what the divorce process was going to entail then I did from the mediator I had currently had and met with multiple times. Lynn made everything so easy and understandable and we were able to basically do all our corresponding via email with a few visits to sign documents. I highly recommend Lynn!!

Very upset about Lynn Pinder's billing. As a return client I was billed over $1500 to read a few short emails and file a motion over a months time. I used Ms. Pinder for my entire divorce a few years ago and at that time she was very fair in her billing. HOWEVER, I now regret sending 3 referrals her way and hope my friends were treated more fairly. I feel she was upset that I dropped the case and asked her to return my retainer so she billed me $55 for each email she read, received and sent!!! I even asked my ex wife what her attorney charged and it was only a few hundred dollars for the same amount of work. It was minimal work for any client and I fell so wronged. Even emails that would have taken less than one minute to open and file away, I was billed .20 hours (12 minutes) or $55.00!!!! When was the last time you spent 12 minutes reading a short email?? Not sure what has changed at this practice in the last few years regarding billing but I would never recommend them to a friend again. VERY UNFAIR BILLING PRACTICES, I FEEL TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.
