I met Mark Heffner at a caregiver conference held by RI Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association in 2016. He gave a presentation on estate and Medicaid planning. He was very knowledgeable, spoke in terms that non-legal professionals could understand, and was very empathetic to those of us dealing with a loved one with Alzheimer’s/dementia.
