In the summer of 2016 I found myself being made an example of by local RI police surrounding a new law “boating while under the influence”. The circumstances of my arrest were so bizarre and over the top in the way local authorities treated me I was beyond upset. Being a middle aged business man that had never been arrested and always respected and supported our public safety officers and officials, this event made me realize not all are good.

I immediately web searched local council in Rhode Island as I felt the need to vigorously fight this ridicules charge and came across the law office of Thomas Thomasian. Now don't get me wrong, he isnt the cheapest attorney, but you get what you pay for. Do you really want to cut coupons for a lawyer? I dont, I would rather pay good money and feel confident walking into court with someone who I know has our back. Tom was always there to answer any questions we had, whether I called him or sent him a text message. We went to court three times, each time we were there for 10 minutes max. In the end our case was dismissed and we had it expunged. Mr, Thomasian had done the job professionally. Tom solved the problems I was free to go without saying any words in court from the first day of pretrial to the day the case had done. Tom told me case dismissed you can go home. I went home while he still in court finalized documents.
In addition, Tom found out that I have dropped case charge against me over twenty years ago still in my record, he expunge file to clean my record as well without additional cost.

Mr. Tomasian was referred to me by a woman in the Public Defenders office since I didn't qualify for a state appointed attorney. From the moment I called his office, and yes he spoke to me himself over the phone the first time I called! I explained my situation to him and that I had court on Friday which was in 4 days!
