Never took my case due to complexity of it but from the conversation we had on the phone he was very informative about my situation. He was very thorough about possibilities that I have. He didn't request money immediately like some other offices I called. The guy is a straight shooter. He's very direct, honest and respectful. Poor job of representing me in a probation violation case. Did not know the law or rules of surrender hearings and got me the max time and more probation with gps when I was not supposed to be placed on gps as a added condition com v. Cory. I could have done a better job representing myself. Promises the world but does not deliver. Good salesman but not good attorney. I felt I was sold out. This cost me my freedom for many years and now my life is still affected by unlawful probation conditions he did not challenge.

I must say the secretary answering the phone at his office is veryyyy rude ... and nasty because I didn't want to discuss my personal issue with her ... very unprofessional ... take a message and forward it to the attorney like I requested .. Attorney Jerald Silvia does not even deserve this one lonely star. In my experience with this, I found out the hard way that he is not what he promises he will be. My dealings with Jerald Silvia were awful. Attorney Jerald Silvia was an extremely regrettable hire as a lawyer. Do your homework on him before you hire him. Remember folks....

Jerald Silvia got my fiance off a domestic like he was doing it in his sleep. Price wasn't bad considering the case, and he rocked that court room getting him off with nothing. No jail, no probation, nothing. I'd recommend him to anyone. You will not be dissatisfied or disappointed. Definitely 5 star rating for him.
