Unethical. Poor follow up - as a debter do not expect them to treat you with respect or return your phone calls. Offers of settlement will not be responded to. Mark Romano truly brings the bar down for attorneys.

Main attorney is very difficult to work for...partner attorney is very nice...tough atmosphere to work in...need to have thick skin..
