My husband and I agonized over our decision to file for bankruptcy. All our lives we have paid our debts without issue and kept to a budget according to our income. However, we had never been faced with suddenly having no income. Between medical bills and loss of jobs, the stress of trying to pay our debts was overwhelming. We would like to take a moment to recommend John Simonian as an exceptional bankruptcy lawyer. We cannot begin to tell you how low we felt to come to the realization that due to our own poor planning and health issues which reduced our income to one paycheck, we were in financial ruin. We sought out high interest loans and even thought about letting our home go to repossession, with little time left we found an ad for John Simonian in our local village paper. Feeling we had nowhere else to go, we gave him a call, within days we were sitting in John's office going over our very limited options. I met Attorney Simonian in July of 2015 and whenever I think back all I can do is smile. We all know trying to find an attorney who is personable and empathetic is almost impossible now. Well, after my first consultation with Attorney Simonian I knew I hit the jack pot because he is just that. For instance, what Attorney do you know would let you call them at 3:00am in the morning when Wells Fargo sends their repo man to reposes your car. The repo man was determined to take the car and I was determined that he wasn’t.
