I found Chris Crowley to be very unprofessional. I was not even addressed by my name when he would email me. He would email as if he was texting someone. While this clearly does not completely illustrate our correspondence, the whole experience was extremely unpleasant.
Once I questioned the monies I was to be charged, he became rude and disrespectful. This was not my first time purchasing a house, so I am aware of what to expect. I feel that I was overcharged and I could not do anything as I had somehow become obligated to use them...so my real estate agent told me (they may have been in cahoots with one another). I do not know how the company is as a whole. I just know from my experience that this employee needs to learn some manners. I was treated as a number not a valued customer.
