Attorneys are very good. Was having a problem with communication, but I was contacted and given a direct number to my attorney's desk and updated case information. Happy now.

Can't get ahold of my attorney, ended up calling their main office and the lady on the phone was plain rude, no apology for anything, she just answers the phone and instantly transfer you to a department mid-sentence that just goes to a voice mail. Very unprofessional.
