So, I called Laura A. Brown to discuss the prospect of my purchasing a building owned by a client of hers and in the first minute she ran off on a tangent and began to laugh uncontrollably. I think she said something that she thought was REALLY funny but I'll never fully appreciate what it was that she said. This was a business call! What could have triggered an incontinence so pronounced and for this duration? I actually asked her if we could speak whenever she was finished laughing. Finally her behavior changed and she seemingly caught her breath long enough to tell me that she'd never reveal anything about a client. She never asked for a name, contact info, nothing. She stood firm as though she was protecting a client, all along totally unaware of the confused set of logic, and then she employed "Sorry pal" as her closing. Well, well, nothing accomplished so I'm sure we're both a bit sorry now. At the very least we both will have had a good laugh. Thank you Ms. Brown, Esq. I'm pretty sure that you're one-in-a-million.
