My case was special (if not troublesome)... I wanted to buy a property in Marshfield while I wasn't even in the country, and couldn't be present on closing day. So there were some problems arising... first my purchase would be closed in POA, second I wasn't even sure if the bank allowed me to transfer that much without my physical presence on closing day. That's being said that I gave Stiles Law EXTRA EXTRA WORK compared to other normal transactions I guess. But Stiles Law team was outstanding and very professionally handling my case! They made the whole should-have-been complicated process simple and easy enough - not to mention they're very local and friendly people. If you live in the Marshfield/ Pembroke area then no doubt Stiles Law IS the smart choice when it comes to home closing. True experience!
