This lawyer is not who he says he is , when I first found him I read his website that specifically says he has an office in Falmouth when I spoke to him at first he was real receptive and eager to take the case I asked him about being a Falmouth lawyer because I wanted a local attorney to handle the situation . Well I hired him and it did not take too long to figure out that he was not who he said he was . I mailed documents to the address on his website and the mail came back as undeliverable . So when I called and asked him he said oh here is the correct mailing address . I went to the location on the web site and no one has heard of him . I did further research and found him on several google addresses . On court day he was over 2 hours late and very rude he lied about filing a motion he never filed and seemed to be just letting the case run its course to trial with out doing anything to defend my case . I am 100% disabled and had to hire another lawyer to represent me ethically do your self a favor and find a better guy than this .

James provided excellent counsel. He reviewed the facts of the case and communicated all of the available options and explained the pros and cons of each potential outcome. James used his knowledge of the system to expedite the matter. He handled all of the painstaking paperwork and contacted the various parties to move the case through the system. The ability to manage and expedite the matter allowed me to move forward with my life which can be very difficult when facing a large obstacle.

Overall, James exceeded my expectations and I would retain him in the future due to his professionalism, attention to detail, and diverse skill set (e.g., management, law/court system knowledge, communication, etc.)
