Bryan of D&R was wonderful to work with. When we found that the Title 5 septic system inspection failed and a large portion of the driveway was not within the property lines, he was not phased. He worked positively and professionally with a non-user friendly seller's lawyer. He and his staff brought us to a successful closing. This is what they do and they do it really really well. We can't recommend them more highly.

If i could lower than one star on this review I would. I would not recommend this firm for anyone closing on a home. They are overloaded with work and were unresponsive throughout the process of closing on my home in Cataumet. I had various issues that came up during the closing and their advise was always to go in the path of least resistance. My overall assessment of this firm is, let's close on the home, collect our fee, move on to the next deal and never considering the best interest of the client they represent.

Great experience with Dubin & Reardon for a house purchase closing in East Sandwich. They were easy to work with and very responsive, including helping me rush near the end when my mortgage company nearly caused a delay. Would definitely use them again and recommend.
