If it were at all possible to rate this incompetent, inefficient & lazy excuse of an attorney with negative stars I would readily do so.
If it is your desire to be charged an exorbitant amount of money for indolent representation then Linda Jackson is your go to legal charlatan!
If you have a warped desire to be berated, patronized, dismissed, chastized and basically treated like you are lower than the dirt on the bottom of her shoe whilst paying her absurd hourly fees then by all means squander your hard earned money on this unavailing waste with a more compelling desire to be SEEN as capable rather than any actual ability to BE anything beyond inept.
She willingly, deliberately, intentionally and out of sheer arrogance allowed for a recent proceeding to result in the very legitimate jeopardy she put HER client in, all because she could not be bothered to take a moment to choose to represent her own client. She does NOT listen, she does NOT make good decisions based off information available to her & furthermore if you make any suggestion to her about how you, as the client, wish for things to be facilitated she becomes unreasonable & irate & disgusted with you for having the audacity to think something she was unable to conclude by herself & out of reckless pride she will not incorporate it into a viable defense of your position!
This woman is a nightmare & will be reported to the Massachusetts Bar Association for ethical misconduct come Monday!
Do not spend ONE PENNY of your hard-earned money on this wasted attempt of an attorney unless you want to lose!
