He clearly gave us (My Wife and Me) info about our ticket and was wrong at the end he didn’t wanted represented us bringing lame excuses i don’t recommend this lawyer he’s too expensive

I was worried about a situation I was in. Nate was able to consult with me the same day I contacted him. After discussing the initial topic I contacted him about, I asked if he’d be able to file a motion with the court to get my felony reduced to a misdemeanor (separate topic then what I originally came in for). Nathan Wente represented me after I was pulled over by an Oregon State Trooper at Grant’s Pass on Highway 5 on the way up to drop my daughter off to start her first year at University of Oregon. The State Trooper cited me for three separate moving violations. Believing that I was absolutely undeserving of two of the violations, and very upset by the way that my daughter and I were treated, I decided to seek legal help. Since I am a California resident, I had to do a search through the Internet. It was like looking for a needle in a haystack to find an attorney who I hoped to understand how to navigate through a defense with a traffic violation and do it with the same kind of zealous representation a person might expect to find in a criminal case or a civil case where a large reward of money could be the resolution. I was incredibly lucky to find Mr. Wente. He exceeded my hopes and even if we had not won my case, which we did, I would have been pleased with his professionalism, his ability to think through the best options, and his responsiveness to me.
My case extended over a period of 4 months because the State Trooper’s Department and/or the District Attorney’s office delayed in responding to our requests for the evidence against me. I was facing many years in prison in Oregon State and for those who've been and for those who haven't know it's a tragic experience. Mr. Nathaniel Wente was the answers to my prayers. The moment I walked in to Nathan's office, I felt relieved with my case because of the amount information and experienced he has as a criminal defense attorney. I came in with a prior case that could have been violated because of my current case. My main concern was my prior case, and with Nathan's extraordinary work, i was able to view the full scope that my current case implicated on my prior case. So, I was able to not harm my prior case by resolving the current case in a timely and calm manor where the DA didn't feel the urge to charge me with a violation of my prior case. Even with the victim's staged act at the time of he incident and at court, Nathan was able to persuade the DA to keep their recommendation that kept me out of jail. The judge himself was shocked by the DA's recommendation and credited the work of Nathan because he (the judge) would have implicated more severe sentencing. As of now, I walk away from jail time, serve less CWS and avoided a heavier violation from my prior case. I consider Nathan as a strong lawyer that is well aware of all circumstances that might occur, like in my case, the appearance of the victim and their theatrical scene. He is the lawyer to hire.

This is the 3rd time that i have hired Nathan, he does amazing work. by far the most fairly priced lawyer i have ever had. very quick to respond to my calls or messages regarding any questions or concerns i may have in my cases. has always been very efficient and great to work with. Nate Wente defended me. Yesterday. Not only is he very smart, but he sees what others don't and thinks around corners. When he spoke with me I understood what he was telling me. When he spoke legalese with the court I only understood enough to know I would have been lost as hell without him. He got a complete dismissal and was a pitbull in the courtroom. I'll try and make a long story short...Nathan Wente is a great attorney you can TRUST. I'm a Seattle local and I had gotten into trouble years back in Yreka CA. I got into another legal misunderstanding here in Seattle and it was possibly going to effect my DEJ in CA. My current attorney had retired on me and I was left in the dust.
