Lynn and staff made my divorce experience almost enjoyable...oddly enough! I wouldn't, couldn't have made it through that process without his expertise and amazingly caring staff.

I had a very complex divorce which took months and months, and ended up going to trial. They handled every ridiculous hurdle thrown our way with grace and gave me direction every step of the way. Lynn has a very realistic and honest approach and I greatly admired that!

And guess what guys, we WON our case!!! Yes divorce is expensive, but worth every cent when represented by the best! You have to remember divorces aren't charity cases, they put alot of time and research into your case and they earn every cent!

Didn't communicate well at all and was generic in his approach. Didn't personalize my case at all, I was very disappointed to say the least.

I hired Lynn shortly after being served custody and child support paperwork.

To say that I regret my decision is an understatement. I spent thousands in the course of six months for the (largely) uncomplicated and uncontested process of establishing custody, visitation, and child support.

My ex and I never went to trial - or even stepped foot in a courtroom. Instead, we attended mediation and were able to settle on nearly everything without having to go before a judge.

Lynn drew up several unnecessary (and unnecessarily aggressive) documents that I was charged several thousand dollars for during this six-month long process. These documents were often riddled with mistakes (for example: my address was spelled incorrectly; my name was spelled incorrectly; my ex's birth date was listed incorrectly; our custody agreement was listed incorrectly; etc.) and needed to be fixed before being filed through the court. After politely asking for these mistakes to be corrected, several remained unchanged. However, I was still charged full price for each document.

After e-mailing my thoughts to Lynn about a something I needed to file, I was surprised to see that he merely copy and pasted my exact words into a form that I was asked to come in and sign. I was charged full-price for my own work - on more than one occasion.

Our in-person meetings weren't any more promising. I don't believe he knew or cared enough about my case to remember even its most important details. Maybe he had too many clients; maybe my case wasn't as complicated as his others; maybe something more pressing was going on in his life; I'm not sure. But when discussing what our next step would be or addressing my concerns, it was clear he couldn't quite remember who I was or the specifics of my case. And it was also clear that he had his own agenda and my ideas or concerns were almost always shrugged off.

Towards the end of my case, I cringed every time I had to interact with him. Not only was it terribly expensive to communicate with him; I knew there would be an error in whatever document he needed me to sign or I would have to remind him of an important detail he completely forgot (or didn't care) about. It felt like I was having to deal not only with a difficult ex, but a difficult lawyer as well. It was twice the fight.

The cherry on top was that the documents he drew up to send to the child support program at the end of our case were sent to the wrong address - which delayed payments for over three months. I had to type up and send in a second packet to the correct address on my own time and with my own money.

I am honestly relieved that my ex and I never had to go to court. I would not have felt confident having him represent me in front of a judge.

The ONLY redeeming factor to his office was his staff. They were quick to respond to my questions; remembered the details of my case; and were professional, efficient, and courteous. They went above and beyond.

Gave me high expectations until I paid the retainer. Then I was told the case had a slim chance. I fired him after the first hearing, and he charged me almost the full retainer for barely any work. He didn’t even know the subject of my case. Very unprofessional.

I felt that there was a lack of communication and very expensive for what I felt the amount of hours I was charged for was excessive.

Not a fan.. negative star review as a human. Certainly not an advocate of woman and clearly in that good old boys club, that grants pass calls a justice system. Sent multiple inacurate and duplicate copies of unnesacary paperwork so he could bill his client. Profited unreasonably from my ex husbands anger and spite, dragged out a trial for my ex (his client) to end up with less than my original offers to settle. I assume those verbal offers were not presented as they were better the the deal they presented in court. Did not write the court settlement as agreed upon. Overall just not a respectable man in my personal opinion.
