Wow. That’s all I can say. Well, not really. I can say a lot more. Lawyers to me are like mechanics- it can be really really hard to find a good mechanic and can also be hard to find a good lawyer. Someone who really listens to you, and isn’t interested in just getting paid. We met on very short notice with Robert Johnson. It was a complex case, with a court date scheduled for the next morning. As with most times a person needs a lawyer, the stakes were high. Robert met with us, listened to our story, asked questions. Researched some things, and ultimately cleared some of his schedule to help us win our case. He stayed up late, way past business hours, getting us prepared for the case. He was honest with us, told us all the different ways things could play out. And while we did pay him, and his rates were very reasonable, it was apparent money was the least important thing to him. Helping us was clearly his priority. His passion for law and helping us was apparent and his number one priority.
The other staff at the office were amazing as well, from the receptionist to another legal assistant.
Robert is Law and Order caliber stuff. We are so thankful we met him. We ultimately won the case, and I know for a fact without his help we would not have. I consider this law firm a hidden gem of roseburg, and will go no where else whenever I need legal representation.

I needed help from a real estate attorney, and a friend with real estate contacts in Roseburg gave me Jeffrey Monarich's contact information. I called the office Monday August 19, outlined my requirements and was told the attorney or his assistant would contact me within 24 to 48 hours. I was finally contacted today, August 26. By that time, I had had to contact another attorney. If this is any indication of their work in general, I'm glad I found someone who could help me immediately.
