I had a difficult case with difficult decisions to make. Justin Roses and Jeni Feinberg were honest and forthright with everything I was facing and the actions I needed to take. Don't expect pacification Justin is taking you into battle and he wants you to be ready, I would definitely recommend Justin and his team if you are looking down the barrel of criminal charges and need someone in your corner who will fight for you with intelligence, creativity, and dedication.

If I could give a zero I would. He threw my son away, due to my son's mental illness. Now, instead of going to the State Hospital for treatment, my son is in prison for ten years - all of his 20's - and no hope of parole because of Measure 11. In prison, my son is subjected to Solitary Confinement, and discriminated against so he can't participate in rehabilitation programs. If he had had a focus on treatment, he would have been successful, because he wants to get better and has shown compliance in his medications. We have no idea how many years it will take for my son to recover from the trauma of prison, once he is released. If your loved-one has a mental illness, or you think they might, look for a lawyer who understands MI.

Justin has always been there for me, more then just a lawyer always made me feel like it was a friend helping a friend, not to mention hes helped me beat all my cases and get the results I was hoping for. No other lawyer I will ever go to, all around awsome guy, always showed me love and respect, greeted me with a hug and put on his gloves to beat the case. Justin Rosas is the bomb! He is the first lawyer I have hired that actually cared about me, my case and my family. He fought tirelessly for me through the 4 years of investigations and harassment by federal agents, and when the federal prosecutor threatened my family with prosecution if I didn't take a plea deal Justin helped me with getting the best deal possible in the circumstances. Then when federal Judge Ann Aiken threw the book at me and sent me to prison, Justin Rosas continued to fight for me. After less than half of my sentence, Justin was able to get the sentence vacated as an illegal sentence and get me released. He did this without being able to contact me through the Federal Penitentiary due to their terrible communications procedures.

Justin is a real life super hero! My younger brother was facing close to fifteen years in prison. He was being held on two measure 11 charges, plus an elude charge! We felt hopeless due to the extent of his charges. We were certain that prison was a definite course in our situation. Being from another state, and now finding myself in custody in Oregon on some more than serious charges, I was more then worried and concerned knowing the seriousness and priors I had in CA.
