Well maybe I’m expecting too much but I made a phone call this morning asking to get an appointment for a consultation left a voicemail and the reception Assured me that someone will get back to me waited until the afternoon called again got no answer left a message asking for someone to call me no response it’s the end of the day and I still have not heard from anyone now perhaps they’re so busy They don’t have time to return their calls. I’m very disappointed because I have heard good things about this law firm. Maybe I’m in the wrong business I can’t afford to not call clients back.
